Countdown to Christmas - Day 22

Reed was so excited when I told him that he had received some mail too! He couldn't wait to rip them open. Opening a card from Grandmomma:

Telling Momma that it's a picture of Baby Jesus.

He then opened a card from Didi & Nana.

He's mastered opening his mail.

He loves candy canes right now, so he was so excited when he saw a candy cane in there.

Telling Momma that he wanted to eat the Penguin candy too.

Reed has spent a lot of time at home lately, so he is getting creative. He went into the attic with Daddy to check the water heater and came down with what he called his boat. He then wanted Daddy to pull him on his boat. That night, we let him put his boat in the bath tub with him. He used his Santa fishing pole to fish off of his boat. What an imagination!

It's time for his Day 22 surprise.

And yes, he is still wearing his John Deere shirt and hat.

Then, I asked him "Are you sure there's not anything else in the pocket?" So he says, "Let me check!"

To his surprise, there was another fire car in there.

Look! I've got two cars!

(Cars obviously never get old!)
