CHRISTMAS EVE

On December 23rd, we went to Duncan to
stay the night and celebrate Christmas with
the McMurchy family.

Reed concentrating really hard on
this neat spinning toy.

Gran couldn't wait until the next day
to give Reed his gifts, so she gave them
to him that night.
It's an ABC book!

Reed singing into the microphone.

Reed wouldn't sit on Santa's lap for anything,
but he wasn't afraid of this Santa at all.
He would run up and give him a high five!
Reed opening his other present from Gran.

It's a piano and a microphone!
He loves yelling into the microphone.

Gran brought some cheese straws, and
Reed LOVED them. He kept going up to
the table and getting one for each hand.

Well, Gran thought she was being smart
by moving the cheese straws where Reed
couldn't reach them, but that didn't stop him.

He went into the kitchen and carried the
stool into the dining room. You can see
what he did next...
Reed laughing at Daddy.

Too cute!

Didi got Reed some tools. Now, Reed has
his very own toolbox.

A puzzle from Landry!

(Daddy has on Reed's safety goggles!)

After the McMurchy Family Christmas, we
went to Clarksdale to meet Lala for Christmas
Eve service.

After Church, we headed back home to Hernando!
When we arrived, Lala couldn't stand it any longer
and had to give Momma a gift early. She said it
was something that Momma has always wanted...

Reed loved playing with the Hulk gloves.
He thought they were so cool because
they'd make noises when he hit something.
It's a family tradition to open one gift on
Christmas Eve, so here is Reed opening his
gift. I love this picture because of his belly!

We had a wonderful time at the McMurchy
Family Christmas. Thanks for everything!

I love the outfits! My favorite is the pic with Santa.
Looks like he had a big time! I love to see him smile those big ones!
