2 years old already...

Reed turned two on Saturday. I must admit

that these two years have gone by so fast!

Saturday, we spent the day preparing for the

birthday party and playing with family.

Reed was so excited to see the Mickey Mouse

decorations that he had to eat his breakfast on

the Mickey Mouse table cloth while watching

Pop and Nani spent the night with us on Saturday.

They were able to get here around 3. Reed

enjoyed getting to play with them.

Lala and Grandmomma came over Saturday

afternoon to play with Reed and help me finish

getting ready for the big birthday bash.

Grandmomma decided to go ahead and give

Reed his birthday present.

He spent several minutes admiring the truck

wrapping paper. We didn't think he was

ever going to open it.

Finally...he starts to open it and immediately

discovers what it is...

It's a Fire Truck!

He absolutely adores his fire truck. It is a remote

control fire truck that lights up, makes sounds, and

the best of all...it actually shoots out water!

Reed had so much fun shooting everyone

with water. Nani aimed the water at Reed in

this picture...

Later that day, Pop decided it was time to give

Reed one of his presents from them.

This big wheel is much cooler than the ones we

had growing up. It makes all kinds of motorcycle

sounds. How cool is that!

Thanks Will for the Elmo card. Reed loved it

because Elmo sang Happy Birthday to him. He

had to listen to it a couple of times, so he could

dance along with it.

Pop & Daddy decided to blow up the slide and bouncer

to make sure it worked before the party. Reed

had so much fun discovering every part of it.
