WEEKEND IN BOONEVILLE

This past weekend, we went to Booneville to visit with family and watch Jack play football. Saturday morning, we went to Jack's football game. They won, and Jack played great (as always)! Reed didn't want to sit still during the game, so Daddy and Momma had to take shifts walking around with Reed while he went exploring. Every once in a while, he'd look at the players and say "Ball!"

(Jack is in the front - number 3)
During the game, Jack ran over to the fence to
say hey to Reed. Momma got him in trouble
because she told him to stay a second
and take a picture with Reed...Opps!

Daddy and Reed going for a walk during the game.

Uncle Jack & Reed after the game
After Jack's game, Reed fell asleep
and took a long nap. After he woke up,
we bundled up and went to the Fall Festival!
Since we had waited so late,
many of the vendors were already
packing up their booths, but that didn't
stop Reed from having a good time.
He had a blast riding the rides, sliding down
the slide, and jumping in the moon bounce!

Reed's cousin, Katelyn, giving Reed some sugar!

Uncle Jack took Reed on a train ride, which he enjoyed!

Posing for a quick picture

We decided to let Reed try this next ride, and he absolutely loved it! He liked it so much, that we had to go buy some more tickets, so he could ride it again. He is such a little dare devil because he liked it when Jack would spin the wheel and make them go around in circles!

Look how high they were!
Jack said there were many times where Reed would be dying out laughing!
Having way too much fun!
I love this picture because it looks like Reed is blowing a kiss, but he's really licking powdered sugar off his hands from Daddy & Jack's funnel cake! YUMMY!
Here they go again for another ride

He was so excited that he gave Uncle Jack a high five!
Jack spinning the wheel, so they could go in circles.
I love this picture. Jack is so good with Reed. Reed absolutely adores him!
Reed has gotten so good at jumping on the moon bounces and Jack's trampoline. He actually jumps instead of just bending his knees. He had a great time jumping.
Reed and Daddy going down the big slide.

I'm not sure who had more fun...Daddy or Reed!
Now, it's Reed's turn to do it by himself!
There he goes...
He was such a big boy!
Daddy & Reed climbing up the slide to go down again.

Sunday morning, we let Reed wake up
Jack & Kyle for church. As you can tell by the pictures,
he had a blast telling those sleepy heads to wake up!

Reed giving Jack a kiss. He gave Jack
tons of kisses this weekend!
Aren't they so cute?

We had a wonderful weekend! Reed is talking more and more every day. He is saying a lot more words. This weekend, he even tried to say "Granddaddy" on several occasions.

He is also using more sign language. He has been signing 'more' and 'eat'. This weekend, he signed 'milk' and 'baby'. We were looking at a book with a baby on it, and he did the sign for baby! I couldn't believe it! Nana was impressed too!

Those were some of the sweetest pictures EVER! I hope Jack & Reed are always best friends!
And I still love the fact that Reed is a little dare devil on those rides! Makes me proud! Go Reed!
