Snow Day 2011

Late Sunday afternoon, it started to snow. Our boys were so excited to see snow on the ground (and so was their Momma!)

Looking out the window watching it snow.

Sweet brothers

Reed begged us to let him go outside for a few minutes Sunday night, so...
We said "Sure!"
Chase was just as excited as Reed.
Chase feeling the snow for the first time.
Looking at me with a "Wow, that's cold" face!
Reed waiting for Daddy to throw a snowball at him.
Chase inside warming up.
We threw snowballs at the door, and he thought that was hilarious.
Monday morning, we woke up to about 5 inches of snow!
The boys were so excited!
We had Chase so bundled up that he could barely walk or crawl!
Reed getting ready to throw a snowball at me...
Got me!
Chase trying to figure out how to get over to where his brother is.
Attempting to walk in the snow...
Chase & Mommy
Daddy getting ready to pull Chase down the hill (aka our ditch)!
Reed joining in on the fun.
Here they go!
Daddy, Chase, & Reed
Reed helping Chase walk in the snow.
Trying to take a picture of the boys. Chase was too distracted, and Reed couldn't see because his hat was in his eyes.
Throwing a snowball at Daddy.
I love a snow covered ground and house!
Chase trying to drive the Gator.
He thought he was driving!
Reed helping him.
Our snowman
Reed fixing his hat.
Posing by the snowman.
Driving the Gator through the snow. He thought it was funny when the tires would spin.
Reed playing on his playground.
He was excited to slide down into the big pile of snow at the bottom.
So much fun!
We played for a while yesterday morning, then came inside to warm up. When Chase went down for his afternoon nap, we went outside to have a snowball fight with Reed. We had a blast playing with him!
