Big Brother

Reed is really starting to adjust to being a big brother. Reed has always been gentle, so he doesn't ever touch Chase. The first two days, he didn't want much to do with Chase, but now, he tries to include Chase. He's wanted to share his breakfast with Chase twice. He's also invited Chase to come play with him. He calls Chase "Baby Buzz!"

Reed asked if he could help give Chase a bath, so we let him wash Chase's feet.

He was very careful & gentle.

We brought out the playmat, and Reed asked if he could lie down by Chase.

He talked to Chase and told him about each animal.

On Tuesday, we took Chase to his newborn check-up. He was five days old and had a great check-up. He still weighed 8 lbs 1oz. He has a little bit of Jaundice, but the doctor said he thought it would clear up soon. He's eating great and staying up a little longer during the day!
