5 Months Old

Chase turned 5 months old on the 4th of July, so we celebrated big time. Since his birthday fell on July 4th, I made him a flag cupcake cake. It's hard to believe that he is 5 months old already.

Here's what's been going on in Chase's world:

- He has started eating baby food. Right now, bananas are his favorite!
- He can officially sit up by himself; however, he still isn't sitting straight up.
- He loves mirrors and still loves to smile!
- He's quite the talker too.
- He's mastered rolling over. As soon as you put him on his back, he rolls over to his tummy. He likes to look around and see the world.
- He scoots to where he wants to go and turns in circles while on his tummy.
- He's wearing 9-12 months clothes!
- No one can make him laugh like his big brother. You can always tell when he's looking at Reed.
- Everything goes in his mouth. He makes me laugh because he attacks the toys on his exersaucer!
- Our good sleeper is no more! We are teething big time.
- His legs make us smile because he has a ton of rolls!
